John Kershman
John D. Kershman is a founding partner at Ahearn Kershman, LLC in Clayton, Missouri. John D. Kershman focuses his practice on complex domestic litigation, appeals, mediation, and Collaborative family law in Missouri. He is a member of the IACP - International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, as well as, the AMM - Association of Missouri Mediators, and the APFM - Acadamy of Professional Family Mediators. He has assisted clients in collaborative matters and mediation as well as cases involving divorce, modification, paternity, child custody, adoption, contempt, international child custody, and appeals.

James Ahearn
James P. Ahearn earned his law degree from St. Louis University School of Law which is complimented by advanced degrees in Spanish as well as Psychology. James is a Licensed Professional Counselor and is in the home stretch of earning his Ph.D. in psychology. Much as he does as a counselor, he provides a unique approach to his clients by offering perspectives from the mind of a lawyer with the heart of a counselor. The multi-lingual James offers services to his clients in addition to Family Law to include Immigration matters, landlord-tenant matters, property disputes, and business services to fellow psychology professionals, among others.
